Refund Policy

Your first class is free

You can attend the first live class of any Netwisers course at no cost and with no obligation, once per course. To join one, book a free consultation and we will send you the date and joining link.

No refunds after you enroll

Once you enroll, tuition is non-refundable, however you paid (in full, in monthly installments, or by an employer or sponsor). There is no money-back guarantee. Missing classes, not finishing the course, not passing an exam or a change in your circumstances does not make tuition refundable. If you pay monthly, you agree to complete every installment.

If we cancel a course

If Netwisers cancels a course before it starts, we will move you to the next batch of the same course, or refund what you paid for it if you prefer.

Exam fees and billing mistakes

Certification exam fees are paid to the exam vendor and are not part of our tuition. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, email support@netwisers.com and we will correct it.
