Terms of Service

These terms explain how our courses, website and student portal work, and what we and you agree to when you use them. Please read them before you enroll.

Effective November 5, 2026

1. Who we are

Netwisers Inc. ("Netwisers", "we", "us") provides live, instructor-led online training for IT certifications, together with a student portal of notes, labs and quizzes. By using our website, booking a free class, creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2. Free first class

You may attend the first live class of any course free of charge, once per course, before deciding to enroll. Attending the free class does not create any obligation to pay.

3. Enrollment and payment

You enroll in a course when we confirm your enrollment and receive your payment, or the first installment of a payment plan. Tuition is shown on our pricing page in US dollars. If you choose a monthly plan, you agree to pay every scheduled installment. Tuition is non-refundable once you enroll and there is no money-back guarantee; the only free part is the first class (see our Refund Policy). Employers and sponsors who pay on a student's behalf agree to the same terms.

4. Your account

Student, teacher and administrator accounts are created by Netwisers. You will receive an invitation to set your own password. Your account is for you alone: do not share your login with anyone, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@netwisers.com if you think someone else has used it.

5. Portal access period

Your access to a course in the student portal begins when you enroll and continues for 30 days after the last class of your course. After that it closes automatically. We may also pause access if a payment is overdue or if these terms are broken.

6. Classes and recordings

Classes are delivered live online in US time zones. We may change a class time, a date or an instructor when needed, and we will tell you as early as we can. Class recordings are provided for enrolled students only. You may not record, copy, share or publish classes or recordings.

7. Course materials

Our notes, labs, quizzes, recordings, simulators and other materials are owned by Netwisers and protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study while your access lasts. You may not copy, sell, share, upload or publish them, and you may not use them to build exam question banks or similar products.

8. Certification exams

Our courses prepare you for certification exams offered by other organizations, such as Cisco, CompTIA, Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet. Netwisers is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. Exams are booked and paid separately with the exam provider. We cannot guarantee that you will pass an exam, receive a job offer or reach a particular salary.

Cisco, CCNA and related marks are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. CompTIA, A+, Network+, Security+ and SecAI+ are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet names are trademarks of their owners.

9. Acceptable use

When you use our website and portal, you agree not to:

  • Share answers, solutions or lab submissions with other students, or submit work that is not your own
  • Try to access accounts, data or areas of the portal that are not yours
  • Interfere with, overload, scan or attack the website or portal
  • Copy content in bulk or use automated tools to scrape the site
  • Harass instructors or other students, or disrupt live classes

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Tuition is not refunded in that case.

10. Lab environments

Labs run in simulated environments in your browser. They are designed for learning and may not match every behavior of real equipment. Do not use commands or techniques from our labs on networks or systems you do not own or are not authorized to work on.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep our courses accurate and up to date, but the website, portal and materials are provided "as is". Exam objectives, prices and dates set by the exam vendors can change, and you should confirm them with the exam provider before booking.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Netwisers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the tuition you paid for that course.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where Netwisers is registered and applicable US federal law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If we make a significant change, we will tell enrolled students by email or in the portal. Changes do not apply retroactively to tuition you have already paid.
